Compensation & Schedules:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $108,000, based on relevant experience.

Additional financial incentives include unlimited referral bonuses and a flexible schedule with center hours from Monday to Friday, either 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM—no nights or weekends required.

Responsibilities:

As a center-based BCBA, you will:

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand client needs effectively.
• Develop thorough treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Train and supervise a small team of RBTs dedicated to client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues and quality assurance teams to ensure client success.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as active participants in their child's progress.

Qualifications:

About You:

• A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience.
• Licensure in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure upon hire.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, outcome-focused care to clients and families.

• Ability to respond swiftly to aggressive or self-injurious behavior.
• Physical agility to intervene effectively, including running and quick movements.
• Successful completion of Safety Care training and re-certifications.
