Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of HR functions, including benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening and coordinating interviews.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, in coordination with benefit plan brokers.
- Assist with payroll, as needed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
- Address employee and supervisor inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and Implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee relations issues.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics as needed.
