About Job

Looking to do meaningful work in a supportive private-practice-style setting without the burden of running it all yourself?

We’re hiring experienced, licensed therapists who want to focus on clients, grow professionally, and find a long-term home where their work is valued. If you're someone who understands the rhythms of private practice and is ready to bring warmth, clinical depth, and professionalism to an established team, we want to hear from you.

You’ll join a collaborative, mission-driven group that prioritizes quality care, meaningful connection, and work-life sustainability.

Why Clinicians Choose GHCS:

  • Private Practice Feel, Without the Overhead: Fully furnished offices, billing support, credentialing services, we handle the logistics so you can focus on therapy.
  • Steady Referrals: You won’t have to hustle for clients. We maintain a consistent referral stream based on your clinical strengths and preferences.
  • Clinical Specialization Encouraged: Whether it’s DBT, play therapy, trauma-focused care, or couples work, we support your desire to deepen your niche.
  • Real Team Culture: Join a kind, connected, and collaborative group that values presence, mutual support, and shared wisdom.
  • Pathways for Growth: Interested in leadership or supervision? We offer clear routes to grow into mentorship roles.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy (depending on your niche)
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients
  • Participate in peer consultations and collaborative discussions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Serve a caseload tailored to your clinical expertise

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Licensure in Texas (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
  • Strong client engagement skills and a reliable track record of maintaining caseloads
  • A desire to find a long-term professional home, not a short-term stop

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on caseload, experience, and license type
  • Referral incentives, bonus opportunities, and CEU support
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Full administrative and billing management
  • Structured onboarding to help you feel connected and confident from day one
