We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed
Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits & Schedule:

Flexible schedule: 10-30 hours per week, contract-based between the hours of 8AM-4:30PM Mon to Friday.
Competitive pay: $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience
