In partnership with an established local psychiatry practice, we have a steady flow of verified referrals, so you can count on a consistent stream of clients who need and value your expertise. Whether you specialize in individual or couples counseling, CBT, EMDR, ERP or any other therapy modalities, we provide the resources and opportunities to help you build a strong caseload.

• $50/session – Your earning potential ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your number of chosen work hours. This flexible structure allows you to control your income, increasing it as desired or reducing it as needed. We offer significant earning opportunities and are committed to supporting your preferred client caseload.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted independent license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either an LPC, LCSW, MLSW, LMFT or LMHC in good standing.
• Full-time therapists (25+ clients/week).
• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; experience preferred, not required.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A passion for helping clients achieve personal growth and healing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (one day per week in-office).
• A demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and identities.
• Strong communication skills .
• Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Ability to conduct telehealth sessions (reliable internet connection, personal computer and phone).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapies, including behavioral therapy and psychotherapy, to address various mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support patients through telehealth sessions when necessary.
• Stay updated on clinical research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Maintaining a caseload of 25 clients/sessions per week will be considered full-time status and will qualify you for our benefits package. Since we are a hybrid therapy practice, one day a week will be required at our office in uptown Phoenix, while the other days of the week will be remote. We are open to accepting part-time positions in the future or decreasing your caseload should you want to go down to part-time. We offer significant earning opportunities and are committed to supporting your preferred client caseload.
