As the Resident Care Coordinator at Wells Point Lodge, you will engage in a variety of tasks designed to ensure a high quality of resident care. Coordination of the clinical responsibilities, facilitating communication between residents, staff, and physicians. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of resident care and assisting in the development of care plans tailored to individual needs. You assist in training and will collaborate with team members to create a vibrant community atmosphere. Flexibility is key, as you may need to adapt plans based on resident needs or unexpected situations, reinforcing your role as a dependable problem solver.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with a weekend on call rotation schedule.
