Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist

Our offices allow for in-person or virtual visits based on client need and counselor-defined availability. We work together to develop caseloads in each counselor’s chosen specialties to make healthier matches between the client and therapist. Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, etc
• Fully licensed in Utah (not limited or certified) e.g. LCSW, CCMHC, LP, etc
• 1+ years post (full) licensure experience
• 5+ years of overall counseling experience
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent case management skills (including notes and scheduling)
• Pass a background check
• Work as a 1099 contractor
• Have and maintain professional liability insurance

Preferred:

• Current insurance credentials (paneling)
• Experience using EMR systems
• Willing to work at least one night or Saturday per week
• Willing to work out of more than one office

Current Locations: Sandy, Downtown Salt Lake City, Farmington.

Farmington is the primary office needed for this posting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $77,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
