Join our team! We are looking for a BCBA in the the city of Princeton, TX (In-Center)

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Behavior Analyst License in Texas.
  • Must have Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
  • Must have completed additional training and continuing education required to provide supervision to RBTs
  • Experience working in a center-based therapy center with children is preferred
  • Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred
  • Experience in medical/behavioral/mental health/therapy-related organization
  • Must be a passionate, professional, effective collaborator, and compassionate leader.

Job Responsibilities

  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Hours as agreed .
  • Conduct behavior assessments to develop effective and intensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide 1:1 contact time with the child for the recommended number of hours in implementing programs/plans as a BCBA.
  • Complete billable treatment planning hours with clients.
  • Participate in peer reviews with insurance companies and provide documentation as needed with management team’s approval.
  • Create a research-based curriculum that is measurable and effective in teaching objectives for individuals and groups on a weekly basis.
  • Complete insurance documentation to submit to the insurance company for pre-authorization and reauthorization of services.
  • Provide direct training and supervision to RBTs and behavior therapists
  • Collect data, maintain daily logs, and complete all graphing requirements for each session including objective and constructive notes.
  • Analyze data, graphs, and develop and update FBA/BIPs on an as-needed basis.
  • Work with teams and children of varying functioning levels and ensure steady and stable progress is evident and observable.
  • Model, coach and provide feedback regarding interactions, programs, and behavior during one-on-one and/or group parent training sessions as requested.
  • Lead group sessions using a standardized curriculum and direct assistants to maintain effective and orderly participation on a daily basis.
  • Comply with all guidelines of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis, Association for Behavior Analysis International, and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
  • Monitor staff and ensure compliance with CPI crisis protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans, maintenance lists, progress graphs, program writing, etc., on an ongoing basis.
