Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and be committed to providing high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. This role requires expertise in diagnostic evaluation, case management, and various therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
• Offer case management services, coordinating care and resources for clients with complex needs.
• Address aging issues through specialized counseling for geriatric populations, ensuring their unique challenges are met with sensitivity and expertise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided to clients in home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical counseling and behavioral health.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with geriatric populations preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in case management and the ability to navigate community resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Pay: $44.83 - $47.52 per hour
