Fee for Service Therapist

REPORTS TO: Clinic Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services- Patchogue Satellite

CLASSIFICATION: Fee for Service

HOURS: Variable (The satellite is open on Wednesday and Thursday 2-7pm.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field. NYS license required. A valid and clean NY State driver license,fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:

Provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of children and adults with mental health diagnoses. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
