Candidate will provide goal-oriented and individualized support through supervision of all licensed/unlicensed clinical behavioral health providers. The role of the supervisor is to teach & guide the clinical staff in the in areas of: Professional Ethics, Best Practices, Family Systems, Family Engagement, Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment needs, Safety of Child, Family, Discharge Planning and Time Management.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical supervision, day to day operational guidance as appropriate
- Oversight of audits
- Quality assurance of notes
- Note signing.
- Helping provider effectively manage client caseload and schedule.
- Cover note signing for other supervisors that are on PTO/illness.
- BA supervision, availability for clinical questions as they arise; provide coverage for clinical crises.
- Train Residents/Supervisees in appropriate EHR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Virginia Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Outpatient - LCSW/LPC
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Awareness of the social, economic, and cultural factors that affect individuals & families.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 5+ years of mental health counseling experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in crisis management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with outpatient community practices.
- Proficient in email and Microsoft Office, experience with Google Suite is preferred.
- Requires: Medicaid, NPI and taxonomy registration.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
