SYNERGY Home Care is searching for a dynamic marketing professional to join our team. The marketing professional is responsible for generating business from territory referral sources to meet territory and agency revenue and census goals. Responsible to develop and implement programs to raise and establish partnerships by conducting personalized visitations to primary referral sources and interested parties, and by representing our agency in community events. Identifies opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, organizations, and payors. Works with office staff to ensure that new business successfully goes to start of care. Implements territory sales plan and coordinates with operational leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill SYNERGY HomeCare's promises. Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources
- Develops and executes sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Must be able to generate incremental business from referral sources quickly
- Ability to work independently and be a vital member of our team
- Completes daily face-to-face sales calls to existing referral sources as well as develops new referral sources via cold calling.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Outside sales experience to include conducting cold calls at various medical facilities
- Display an energetic and outgoing personality with positive attitude
- Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have strong computer skills
- Knowledgeable regarding the non-medical home care industry; including major players, competitors and market position
- Understands and can articulate the benefits of home care to both professional referral sources and consumers
- Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner that will consistently reinforce the SYNERGY HomeCare brand
Experience
- Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses is required.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development preferred
- Outside sales
- Passion for cold calling
- Networking prowess
- Public speaking, strong presentation skills
- Non-Medical home care experience preferred
- Resume is required
- Referrals will be required
Education/Training:
College Degree Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
