Expectations:

-Complete intake assessments

-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs

-Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed

-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate care for clients as needed

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing therapy services in a clinical setting, private practice experience a plus

- Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to:

-Addiction counseling

-Cognitive behavioral therapy

-Diagnostic evaluation

-Family systems therapy

-Humanistic therapy

-Mental health counseling

-Psychoanalytic therapy

-Psychotherapy

Requirements:

-Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology

-Valid Illinois psychotherapy license that allows for independent practice (e.g., Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

-Ability to manage your caseload effectively

Benefits:

-Pay is based on a percentage of earned income-60% for Master’s and 65% for Doctoral ranging from $75/hour to $103/hour
