We at the Children’s Circle are here to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs, and we are looking for dedicated therapists to join our team.

Requirements:

• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), licensed in the state of New York
• This position requires a minimum availability of 2 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Location:

• We have cases throughout the 5 boroughs, listed here in order of where we tend to receive the most case referrals: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
• Most cases are home-based, some are at a daycare.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing engaging, goal-oriented sessions tailored to each child's developmental needs and strengths
• Writing sessions notes, progress reports, and collecting ABA data
• Collaborating with the child’s parents, our program supervisor, and other professionals who are servicing the child
• Engaging in 10 hours of professional development per year to stay up to date on best practices in the field
