Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Duties

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute distress.
• Offer psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote mental health.
• Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital settings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Facilitate addiction counseling sessions for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
• Support seniors in community care settings, addressing their unique physical and emotional needs.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with necessary resources and support services.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements

• A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; licensure is preferred.
• Experience in patient care, crisis intervention, or addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices, including ICD-9 coding, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
