With us, you can provide excellent quality counseling for clients in a thriving practice, owned and run by a therapist. We have 5 offices in Chicagoland. We are looking to hire multi-faceted, fully Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD.) We currently have needs in the following areas:

Experience working with Chronic Mental Illness (CMI)
Personality Disorders
Alcohol and Drug counselor (CADC)

The Juniper Center provides a Clinical Support Team to handle all administrative, scheduling, billing, and insurance support; so that you can focus entirely on patient care.

The Juniper Center clinical care team includes Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Counselors, Neuro-Psychologist, Yoga Instructors, Art Therapists, and a Dance Movement Therapist. We use a collaborative, team approach to treat the whole person.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide therapy for clients in a thriving Chicago area counseling and therapy practice
Complete clinical notes in a timely manner
Collaborate with other clinicians as desired
Take advantage of staff meetings and training

Qualifications

Evening and Weekend Availability
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC) with an active license in the State of Illinois.
Obtaining or Having a Certified Alcohol and Drug counselor (CADC) a plus
Evening, In-person availability
Travel to our Lakeview locations
2-3 years of experience providing mental health therapy in one or more of the following disciplines is a plus:
LGBTQ+ community
Preteen/tween (ages 11-13)
Children (ages 0-12)
Couples
Family

Location

The position is based at our Lakeview location and Remote

Compensation/Benefits
This position will afford you the opportunity to work as much or as little as you would like. The position can grow as your desired caseload grows. We are a fee-for-service practice and we bill daily. You will be paid based on our receivables and our billing department has a 98% collection rate. Rarely is any portion of service left unpaid.
