Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups in need of support and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Offer crisis management interventions when necessary
- Mentor and guide clients through various social work programs
- Work with child welfare services to ensure the well-being of children and families
- Assist in workforce development initiatives for clients seeking employment opportunities
- Address behavioral health issues and provide appropriate interventions
- Conduct addiction counseling sessions for individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Navigate Medicare regulations and guidelines to facilitate access to healthcare services
Skills
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs
- Experience in crisis management and intervention strategies
- Strong mentoring skills to guide clients effectively
- Background in social work practices and principles
- Familiarity with child welfare services and regulations
- Ability to support workforce development initiatives for clients
- Knowledge of behavioral health assessments and treatment modalities
- Expertise in addiction counseling techniques
- Understanding of Medicare policies and procedures
Required: Hospital Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.63 - $60.06 per hour
