Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups in need of support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
• Offer crisis management interventions when necessary
• Mentor and guide clients through various social work programs
• Work with child welfare services to ensure the well-being of children and families
• Assist in workforce development initiatives for clients seeking employment opportunities
• Address behavioral health issues and provide appropriate interventions
• Conduct addiction counseling sessions for individuals struggling with substance abuse
• Navigate Medicare regulations and guidelines to facilitate access to healthcare services

Skills

• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs
• Experience in crisis management and intervention strategies
• Strong mentoring skills to guide clients effectively
• Background in social work practices and principles
• Familiarity with child welfare services and regulations
• Ability to support workforce development initiatives for clients
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessments and treatment modalities
• Expertise in addiction counseling techniques
• Understanding of Medicare policies and procedures

Required: Hospital Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.63 - $60.06 per hour
