We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals and families navigate through challenging situations and improve their overall well-being.

Duties

• Provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups
• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Advocate for clients to access necessary resources and services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings
• Stay informed about community resources and referral options

Requirements

• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
• Experience in behavioral health counseling
• Knowledge of child and family counseling techniques
• Familiarity with Christian counseling principles (nice-to-have)
• Ability to provide mental health counseling services
• Understanding of geriatric social work practices
• Training in applied behavior analysis
• Specialization in addiction counseling
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,900.00 - $1,952.00 per week
