Director of Therapy and Counseling Services

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Therapy and Counseling, who will be in charge of oversight of all Therapy services provided to our patients including DBT, TBT, ABA and substance abuse disorder with adults, children and adolescent populations. This position will be in-charge of the trauma informed model of patient care and supervision of the Therapists providing the direct patient therapy services.

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work,

· Five Year prior experience in a management or supervisory role

· Excellent oral and written skills

Job Duties:

· Manage the Clinical operations and oversight of 10 Units; child, adolescent, dual diagnosis, SPMI, general adult populations

· Provide supervision to Bachelor’s and Master’s group therapists and certified addictions counselors

· Coordinate group schedules across the units

· Plan recreation and activities across the units

· Manage the schedule to maintain coverage for all units therapeutic services

· Joint Commission, OMHSAS, DDAP experience required

· Professional License Required
