Thinking about enrolling or already enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA to become eligible to sit for the BCBA exam? Do you need to secure placement for Practicum hours or Supervised Fieldwork hours? Come work for us!

Key Autism Services has an entire department dedicated to guiding students through their required fieldwork hours while working as behavior therapists or registered behavior technician (RBT). Behavior therapists and registered behavior technicians employed at Key for 30 days are eligible to be enrolled in the BACB Supervision Department and accrue all required fieldwork hours at NO COST to employees. With guidance from an assigned Responsible Supervisor, students access a full curriculum created to teach all aspects of the current BACB task list, supervisor-led group supervisions offered multiple times per week, and individualized unrestricted hours assignments available for the duration of enrollment in the program.

Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Therapist will:

  • Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy

  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.

  • Conduct discrete trials, and implement behavior support and treatment plans

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Active RBT certification is a plus

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children

  • Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
