Pay:

• $50.00/hour
• $75.00/hour overtime
• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,200.00

Position Overview:
Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our Behavioral Health/Gero Psych unit. This role focuses on providing direct patient support as well as clinical supervision for Associate Social Workers (ASWs) and MFT Interns (MFTIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to ASWs and MFTIs
• Assist the Director with quality assurance and program development
• Deliver emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling services
• Provide information and referrals for financial and supportive services
• Complete psychosocial assessments and assist in developing/revising treatment plans
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
• Manage case load, milieu, and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Requirements:

• Active LCSW or LMFT license in California
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
• Strong skills in case management, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
• Experience with supervision of ASWs or MFTIs preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 per hour
