$50 Hourly Compensation
Full Time or Part Time Opportunity Available

Up to $3000 sign on bonus to eligible candidates.

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services will be conducted fully remote via Telehealth. Provider must be Independently Licensed in the State of Ohio.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and determine client diagnoses using DSM-5-TR criteria.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to intake and assessment activities.
  • Complete initial and updated diagnostic assessments for both youth and adults in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with community partners and provide culturally competent care.
  • Manage and respond to electronic and written correspondence, and address phone inquiries promptly (within 24 hours or next business day).
  • Provide ongoing therapy to clients as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling.
  • Must hold an independent Ohio license (LPCC, LPCCS, LISW, LISWS, IMFT, IMFTS)
  • Knowledge of counseling principles and practices.
  • Successful completion of criminal background checks (annually required).
