Applied Behavior Analysis Consultation Services, Inc.’s Intensive Behavior Intervention branch is looking for part time and full-time BCBA Supervisors as well as BCaBAs (Assistant). The area listed is a central location but cities may include surrounding areas. Spanish Speaking a Plus

Essential Responsibilities (all supervised by a BCBA):
· Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseload in the form of continually evaluating client needs on face-to-face supervision appointments, developing management /program protocols based on client needs, providing caregiver education, performing ongoing adjustments to current programs / management protocols, and problem solving to help each client reach their full potential to name a few tasks.
· Ensures that all treatment plans and programs comply with contractual requirements, satisfy all relevant funding source expectations, and meet or exceed professional standards.
· Coordinates all efforts with the intervention staff to ensure that all treatment-related needs are thoroughly addressed for each client.
· Meets at least two times monthly with each supervised staff per case to oversee staff implementation of services and discuss ongoing client progress and provide support when necessary.
· Continually evaluates the needs of direct care staff (consultants, interventionists, coordinators) provides on-going, on-the-job training to staff to ensure that treatment plans are implemented as intended and with fidelity.
· Provides staff development training for agency members on strategies and methodologies for working with clients demonstrating behavioral, adaptive, and or social/communication challenges which includes, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, in-service training, workshops, and presentations to develop skills and establish consistent practices across ABACS staff, as requested.
· Attends required agency or program meetings and training events.
· Communicates with other pertinent professionals to coordinate care, where applicable.
· Establishes, implements, and oversees individualized empirical and anecdotal measurement systems to be used in data analyses for supervised clients receiving services.
· Maintains highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic record keeping practices and disseminates information to team and funding source as needed.
· Composes and submits timely assessment reports, progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans that meet each funding source’s requirements.
· Documents all consultation and treatment notes as services are rendered.
· Keeps careful record of billable hours that require parent signature.
· Consistently submits all necessary clinical and administrative documentation as required by ABACS, Inc. and funding sources on time.
· Immediately responds to impromptu requests by administration and/or funding source.
· Stays abreast of not just funding entity changes which impact reporting and/or treatment requirements, but also on the latest developments in the field of behavior analysis in general.
· Promotes positive public relations, diplomatic inter-agency collaboration, and advocates for the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive services for clients based on parameters of given funding sources.
· Provides supervision for individuals pursuing BACB certification.
· Accepts other responsibilities as assigned.
· Reports to the Clinical/Program Director and Executive Director.
Education and Experience
· A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities is a plus.
· Experience in providing various ABA service deliveries – comprehensive programs, focused programs, and indirect consultation programs—is a plus.

· Strong and effective communication skills to work in diverse environments such as the home-, school-, and community settings.
· Objectively works with clients of varying ages and behavioral repertoires with an acceptable degree of independence.
· Objectively works with staff/parents/guardians of varying experiences levels, education background, and socio-cultural background, to name a few.
· Maintains professional oral, written, and interpersonal skills with clients, families, other professionals, and funding sources.
· Ability to immediately respond to parents, clients, team members, and administration by phone when urgent situations arise.
· Ability to problem solve when presented with urgent circumstances wherein clinical or administrative support is not readily available.
· Perform basic computer skills.
· Strong report writing skills which includes familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to periodically assess own clinical efficacy and immediately seek assistance from her/his/their Director for guidance.
