Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) seeks an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Customer Education and Outreach Division (CEOD), San Bernardino Regional Office.

The San Bernardino Regional Office is located at 650 East Hospitality Lane, Suite 330, San Bernardino, CA 92408.

CEOD Regional Offices are the first point of contact for CalPERS active and retired members. The CEOD Regional Offices are responsible for providing in-person and virtual assistance to active and retired members by conducting presentations, meeting with customers on an individual basis regarding retirement and health benefits and applying the Public Employee Retirement Law (PERL), the Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act (PEMHCA), and new legislation and policy initiatives in answering customer inquiries.
