Job Description (In-Person Position):

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services focusing on providing distinct and enriching services to those in the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our clinic location in Holly Springs, North Carolina.

The Bright Achievements clinic is open from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (hours may be slightly flexible) You will be responsible for providing supervision to a caseload of clients as well as supporting staff throughout the day. This is a small, 3-client clinic. The space is shared with an OT and Speech Therapy company, which allows us to collaborate and coordinate services to better serve our clients. This is a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and the majority of the RBTs are student analysts who are looking to learn as much as they can as they work toward their certification.

Duties:

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

Skills:

  • Create programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals/RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess the performance of programs, and adjust as necessary
  • Provide ABA training for parent and other caregivers
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using Rethink
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
  • Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented

Job Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
  • 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
