As an Associate with Connected Space, you will be responsible to:

• Conduct mental health assessments, provide diagnosis and collaborate with patient to treatment plan
• Schedule follow up appointments
• Provide engaged, effective trauma informed therapy
• Attend company trainings and practice consultation meetings

We are looking for clinicians to jour our team who:

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work
• Oregon associate license or registration
