Next STEPS Worldwide is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing high-quality mental health and nutrition services for individuals of all ages. With a client-centered and evidence-based approach, our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who work together to deliver holistic, results-driven care.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Spring location. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.

  • Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

  • Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

  • Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic.

  • Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required).

  • Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.

  • Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $115,000/year

  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly

  • Retention Bonus: Annually

  • Total Potential Compensation: $142,250–$150,000/year

  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Limited-Time Offer)
