Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Clinical Care Coordinator to join our
team at Audio Acoustics Hearing Centers, Inc. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily
operations of the clinic, provide administrative support to audiologists and staff, and ensure
smooth patient flow and communication. The Clinical Care Coordinator will play a key role in
providing excellent customer service to patients and maintaining an efficient, welcoming office
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule patient appointments, confirming dates and times with patients.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about
services, procedures, and office policies.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the clinic's office
management system (OMS) counselor.
Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and audiology equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
Coordinate insurance verification and billing procedures.
Assist audiologists in preparing patient charts, documents, and reports.
Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
Process and manage referrals from other medical professionals.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and collection tasks as needed.
Maintain the daily sheet to track patient appointments and workflow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or
medical office assistance is a plus.
Prior experience in an administrative or healthcare setting, preferably in an audiology or
medical clinic.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing practices is a plus.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
