About the Role:

The Clinical Psychologist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals in need. This position involves conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to promote emotional stability and overall well-being. The Clinical Psychologist will also engage in clinical supervision, guiding and mentoring junior staff and interns in their therapeutic practices. By facilitating group therapy sessions, the psychologist will foster a supportive environment for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to enhance the quality of life for clients through effective psychological interventions and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in neuropsychological assessments and behavioral health interventions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in psychotherapy and group therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients in both individual and group settings.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff and interns, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
