Georgia Based - BCBA - Direct Care Provider (Fully Remote)

Remote, within Georgia or 50 mile radius of Georgia state line

Job Requirements

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Must live in the state of Georgia (or within a 50 mile radius of state lines)
  • Must have availability Monday-Friday from 4pm - 9pm ET / 1pm - 6pm PT
    • Full time employees: requires 40 total hours weekly
    • Part time employees: requires 20-30 total hours weekly
  • Basic proficiency with video conferencing software, data collection software, messaging apps, troubleshooting and virtual care platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace.
  • Google Suite experience preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Provide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers
  • Provide remote direct therapy to clients
  • Complete required clinical documentation and review client records to ensure quality assurance
  • Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
  • Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and relevant state licensure guidelines
  • Work with families to identify, evaluate, and to solve barriers to effective care

  • Salary range: $75K-$90K
    • Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed base salary of $75,000 for our full-time clinicians. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate the base salary — everyone in this role receives the same compensation regardless of negotiation skill or prior pay history.
