Duties:
○ Enerje Psychotherapy is focused and passionate about helping people heal and gain psychological freedom.

○ We are looking for compassionate and professional therapists to join the team and help us with our mission.

○ Provides culturally competent and inclusive therapy to individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.

○ Our treatment approach focuses on helping individuals develop and improve mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, heal from trauma, lack of and poor Boundary settings, Codependency, acceptance and self-compassion.

Requirements:
○ Graduate degree from an accredited university or college in a human services-based field is required

○ Assess the needs of the student and the influence the environment around those needs ○ ○ Maintain confidentiality of student records and information while working within a team setting

○ Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships and interpersonal skills with others using tact, patience, and courtesy

○ Prepare and maintain accurate records and filing systems

○ Utilize technology effectively

○ Desired skills

■ TherapyNotes

■ Google Work Space, Computer Skills, Email, Teams

■ Basic Computer Skills

○ Required:

➢ AMFT, ACSW Certification

➢ Education: Master's

➢ Medical specialties: Psychiatry, Counseling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
