Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
Provide counseling services, including chronic pain counseling to support patients' emotional well-being.
Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis strategies to promote positive behavioral changes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients, particularly those working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical documentation, medical records management, and familiarity with ICD-9 coding.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to mental health and chronic pain management.
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis techniques.
Excellent patient assessment skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual needs.
A compassionate approach to counseling, particularly in counseling contexts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
