Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

Prepare documents such as memos, letters, reports, and forms.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanning and fax machines.

Document accurately in Company's system of record for specific tasks.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all transactions and supporting documents as necessary.

Provide other general clerical support as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous experience in an auto finance, collections, or related environment preferred.

Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion with confidential information.
