Now Hiring Patient Care Coordinator | $25/hr. | Comprehensive Benefits Package
We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end patient communication, order fulfillment, and customer service for sleep apnea testing devices. You’ll assist patients, hospitals, and sleep clinics with device shipments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. SCHEDULE: MON. - FRI. 9AM - 5:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process new patient information into Salesforce and internal database systems.
- Prepare, package, and ship home sleep apnea test devices directly to patients.
- Create accurate shipping labels and track deliveries to and from patients.
- Respond to emails, incoming calls, and text messages from patients, clinicians, and internal teams.
- Resolve delivery or device issues in a timely manner and escalate when needed.
- Make daily outbound calls to patients to ensure successful delivery and return of devices.
- Follow approved communication scripts for patient outreach.
- Identify patient needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Upload completed sleep studies into internal databases.
- Escalate special cases (lost device, incorrect address, etc.) to clinicians or management as needed.
- Support internal customer service and operations teams with additional tasks.
Requirements
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, patient care coordination, or healthcare support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and meet daily KPIs.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety procedures.
