Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Residential Aide role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Residential Aide will be responsible for providing assistance and support to residents in their daily activities, helping them with tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and social activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Empathy and compassion for vulnerable populations
• Experience in a similar role or healthcare setting
• NYC Department of Health Food Handler's License Required
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
• Bilingual also a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
