ABA therapy supports individuals with autism and other developmental disorders by improving essential skills and overall quality of life.Your Role:

Implement ABA interventions for clients in their homes.
Collect, record, and analyze client progress data, preparing it for review by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness in therapy.
Provide parents and guardians with feedback on client activities and progress.
Customize and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to enhance therapy outcomes.
Embrace learning and constructive feedback to improve performance.
Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity when needed.
Adapt to working both independently and as part of a team.
Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Required
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 8:00 pm. Preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and current insurance.
