- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a variety of needs, such as mental health, substance abuse, family problems,
- Conduct assessments of client needs and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with other providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses
- Advocate for clients and their families
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Research and develop new social work interventions
- Write reports
- Participate in professional development activities
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
- 2+ years of experience providing social work services
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to social justice and equity
