• Must possess a valid New Jersey Certificate as a School Counselor.
• Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate staff.
• Strong capability to connect with students and staff members.
• Working knowledge of Section 504, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS), and Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB).
• Focus on program development in school counseling and the implementation of enhanced academic support through intervention and support services.
