About Job

Ashley Addiction Treatment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Counselor or Therapist for our location in Bel Air, MD. This role provides comprehensive mental health and substance use counseling for individuals and families. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention as needed. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining clinical records.
The Outpatient Therapist will work collaboratively with a clinical supervisor, nurse practitioner, and other internal and external services to support patients' recovery. The role may include evening and weekend hours to best meet patient needs. Essential responsibilities include conducting screenings and assessments, leading therapeutic activities, making referrals to community resources, and advocating for patients across various systems, including legal and social services. Strong clinical skills in case management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic counseling are required to support patients in meeting their treatment goals.

Senior Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC) $70,000-$85,000
Therapist (LMSW, LGPC, LGADC) $65,000-78,000
Senior Counselor (CSC-AD, CAC-AD) $62,000-$68,000
Counselor (ADT) $55,000-65,000
