About the Job


Are you a creative storyteller with a strategic mind and a passion for connecting brands to audiences? We are looking for a Community Engagement Specialist who can lead the charge on social media strategy, craft compelling content (with the help of AI), and keep our brand voice strong across platforms. This role blends social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. You’ll write engaging copy, craft blog posts, leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, and ensure our brand is showing up consistently and creatively. While you won’t be designing visuals or editing video, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring your vision to life.


As we are an internet-focused tech company, please note that we do manage adult-oriented content. This position directly involves working around such explicit material on a regular basis, therefore it is imperative that the ideal candidate have no issue with this aspect of the business. This position will be fully on-site for a 90 day intro period and will then transition to a hybrid work schedule.


What You'll Do:

  • Own the social media strategy across platforms on X, Instagram, TikTok and others
  • Craft compelling, on-brand captions, blogs, and be comfortable providing written responses to community accounts (both in comment section and direct message section)
  • Compiling weekly and monthly content calendars weeks ahead of publishing dates
  • Provide copy for promotional needs involving not only website but for trade shows and other company marketing materials
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content creation and ideation
  • Collaborate with our design/video team to execute posts and campaigns
  • Help shape and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on data + insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and digital best practices

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years in social media, content marketing, or brand communications from a previous company (not including personal experience with social media)
  • Are confident using AI tools to ideate, draft, and optimize content
  • Have experience writing blogs and crafting messaging for different platforms
  • Understand branding fundamentals—tone, positioning, consistency
  • Can think strategically and also execute efficiently
  • Thrive in collaboration and communication
  • Comfortable working with Adult content in a professional manner and environment

Bonus Points For:

  • SEO knowledge and blog strategy experience
  • Experience managing brand voice across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Fluent in Spanish, Russian or Czech
