About Job

Company Overview

Pariva Health is on a mission to empower families of neurodivergent children, or any child struggling with learning or behavior challenges and/or delays in development. These challenging behaviors in children can leave parents without answers. At Pariva Health, with our whole-family care approach and play-based learning strategies, our clinicians equip the entire family to thrive. Pariva (PAIR-ih-vuh) comes from a word that means family, because we believe tending to the roots of families helps every member grow strong.

Our Family Support Program (FSP) provides our families with therapeutic, data based, and comprehensive care, delivered virtually. Our telehealth model and policy against waitlists means practical, convenient care. And because no two children or families are the same, our psychologists, therapists, and clinicians create personalized plans to equip our families for growth.

In collaboration with the LEGO Foundation, the FSP empowers parents and caregivers using a play-based approach to engage their child in learning and skill acquisition, promoting growth and achievement of key developmental milestones. Learning resources utilized within the Family Support Plan are customized according to the child’s specific needs, and the resources are delivered directly to the home, with training and progress overseen by the family’s clinician. Our Family Support Program starts at the pre-diagnosis stage and continues with children post-diagnosis (typically children 3-12 years old), with the assigned clinician supporting the family through their journey.

Pariva Health is the US-based sister company of Mom’s Belief, which has operated across the Asia-Pacific region since 2018, positively impacting thousands of families since inception. We are founded on the core beliefs that:

  • Hope is the greatest motivator for the parent of a child with autism or other special needs. We are on a mission to tell parents that there is a way.
  • Parent Empowerment is key for the parents of a child with special needs. Our goal is to make parents the co-therapist / advocate / guide for their child.
  • Our teams bring passion and commitment to change the lives of children and their families through our proprietary model.
