Pay rate: $75,000 to $80,000

Job overview:
We are currently looking for licensed mental health professionals on independent contractor basis. This is a remote, fee-for-service role offers flexible scheduling, supportive clinical supervision, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This role involves using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness and helping clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and emotional regulation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active license in New Jersey: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LSW

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy (17+ sessions/week) preferred

• Comfortable delivering therapy via telehealth

• Background check and valid driver's abstract required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Training in EMDR, couples therapy, or other specialties

• Interest in becoming a clinical supervisor in the next 1-2 years
