What You’ll Do:

• Partner 1:1 with kids with autism, delivering fun, tailored ABA therapy plans under a BCBA’s wing.
• Teach life-changing skills like communication, socializing, and independence through engaging activities.
• Track progress with data to celebrate every win, big or small.
• Forge strong bonds with kids, families, and school teams, living our We Help People Help People mission.

Who We Want:

• Kid Lovers: Crazy about helping children and eager to make a difference. Autism or special needs experience is a bonus, not a must.
• Education: High school diploma (minimum); bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Big heart, patience, killer communication, and a knack for teamwork. Mandarin/Cantonese speakers, we’re looking at you!
• Availability: 15–30 hours/week, with flexible schedules (school hours, after-school, or weekends).
• Certifications: RBT certification is awesome but not needed—we’ll recommend a free online course to get you certified within 90 days.
