University of Michigan Health- Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

Sparrow Behavioral Health offers psychiatry services throughout the hospital for psychiatry consults including the emergency department and designated area in the ED to support behavioral health patients The CL providers daily average is 5-6 consults and 5-6 patient follow-up needs. The CL team consists of another board-certified consult liaison psychiatrist and two psych nurse practitioners. Additional on-call services for the consult liaison team.
