Help Esteem Counseling Services is a community-focused mental health practice dedicated to providing accessible, culturally responsive care to individuals and families across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve in a supervisory capacity for our growing team of LMSWs and limited permit holders. This is a flexible role ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and guiding others in their professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to LMSWs, limited permit holders, and/or interns.
• Support supervisees in clinical decision-making, case formulation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ensure supervisees are adhering to ethical standards, HIPAA, and NYS licensure requirements..
• Review and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance and quality care..
• Participate in onboarding, professional development, and consultation as needed.
• Maintain a small caseload of clients for individual, couples, or family therapy..
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical improvements and team growth.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in patient assessment techniques and clinical evaluation.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy modalities and their application in treatment.
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders and understanding their unique challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to conduct clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
