The Lingual Tree is a respected Non-Public Agency (NPA) located in Los Angeles, proudly founded and led by a Speech-Language Pathologist. We specialize in providing exceptional special education staffing solutions to charter schools. Our team thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment, committed to excellence and professional growth.
What You'll Do:
- Perform assessments and evaluations to understand students' academic, emotional, and social needs.
- Create and implement tailored intervention plans to support student success.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school staff to form a unified support network for students.
- Remain informed on current best practices and developments within the field of school psychology.
- Actively contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, ensuring student goals are targeted and achieved.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in School Psychology or related discipline.
- Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential (School Psychology).
- Experience in educational settings, with a preference for elementary-aged student experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities.
