Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families through effective support and intervention strategies. This role involves working with diverse populations, including adults, and the elderly, to address various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The Social Worker will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and resources.

Duties

• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide mental health counseling and psychotherapy to clients facing emotional or psychological challenges.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in acute distress.
• Facilitate support groups and therapeutic sessions for individuals dealing with addiction or behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about community resources and services available for clients in need.

Qualifications

• A degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, mental health counseling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
