We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Whether you’re looking for a full caseload or just a few hours a week, this flexible role offers the support and autonomy you need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

Lead behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
Implement behavior programs to reduce maladaptive behaviors and teach functional skills.
Adapt and update treatment plans based on client needs and data.
Train and support parents and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer standards.
Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
