Are you a passionate and motivated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) eager to contribute your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders? Family Behavioral Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services, support assessment processes, and help individuals with developmental challenges reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Support: Implement ABA therapy programs developed by BCBAs, focusing on individualized goals and interventions.
- Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain behavioral data to track patient progress and assist in modifying treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with BCBA supervisors, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA principles, behavior management techniques, and intervention strategies.
- Assessment Assistance: Assist in conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and contribute to the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Documentation: Maintain organized documentation related to patient sessions, progress notes, and any required reports.
- Support: Offer support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards, legal regulations, and professional guidelines governing ABA practice.
Qualifications:
- BCaBA Certification: Current Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is required.
- APD Experience. (preferred)
- Experience: Previous experience in providing ABA therapy services.
- Strong Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, clients, and families.
- Empathy: Compassion and patience when working with individuals with special needs and their families.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail for accurate data collection and documentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various locations as part of the role's "on the road" nature.
- Commitment: Dedication to helping individuals with ASD and related developmental disorders achieve their goals.
