Pay: $44 - $84 per client session - Wage is based on experience and insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary per session and will be discussed during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Provide mental health services to a diverse caseload of clients (ages 12+; younger clients at therapist’s discretion)
• Build and maintain a caseload with the support of a dedicated scheduling team:
• Pre-licensed: 8–14 clients/week (Part-Time) or 15+ (Full-Time)
• Licensed: Minimum of 8 clients/week, with a gradual build-up period
• Conduct assessments, risk evaluations, treatment planning, and crisis interventions as needed
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation with minimal paperwork burden
• Engage in clinical collaboration, consultation, and a culture of professional development
• Contribute to an inclusive, ethical, and positive team environment

Qualifications Licensed Therapists:

✔ LPC or LMFT with independent practice ability in Colorado (or eligible for licensure within six months)

OR

Pre-Licensed Therapists:

✔ LPCC or MFTC actively pursuing licensure in Colorado (or planning to apply within six months)

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience with DSM-5 diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

✔ Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making.

✔ Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and boundaries.

✔ A passion for mental health, personal growth, and helping others succeed.

Bonus Points If You Have

✨ Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

✨ Familiarity with insurance documentation and third-party payers.

✨ A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
